Services
All services require the signing of a service agreement. Services will not be rendered unless this agreement has been signed by the appropriate parties, even if payment has been received.
Pricing
Upfront payment required for all services, including packages. Most services are available remotely (via video). All in-person services may include travel and lodging costs. Please review the Terms & Conditions.

No services are offered for free.
Payment plans and sliding-scale payments are not eligible for discounts or special pricing or package pricing.

Cancelation Policy
48 hours is required for cancellation for all services. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will not be eligible for refund. Emergent cancellations will be reviewed on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed refunds.
Lys has the right to cancel any service, at any time, for any reason. Hourly services canceled beforehand by Lys will receive a full refund for the unrendered service. Prepaid package services will receive a refund for any unrendered services. Retainer services or services that occur over multiple hours or days will be refunded at Lys’ discretion and only for the services not yet rendered. Services already rendered will not receive refunds for any reason.
